8bitdo Set to Release Controller for NeoGeo Mini

Home » Controllers » 8bitdo Set to Release Controller for NeoGeo Mini

I love 8bitdo products. I’ve reviewed a bunch of them and bought each one myself. The most recent controller I covered was the M30 2.4 GHz controller for the Sega Genesis Mini. I connected it to the MiSTer.

8bitdo’s newest controller is something for the NeoGeo Mini. According to 8bitdo’s own website, they “spent years of designing, perfecting, and manufacturing the original SNK NEOGEO CD controller to ensure it feels just like the original.”

With this controller, you can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz dongle for seamless gameplay, or plug-and-play through wired USB-C. Officially, the controller is compatible with the NeoGeo Mini, Android (9.0 and above) and Windows (10 and above).

I already pre-ordered this controller. Besides the officially supported devices, I plan to connect it to others. I do this type of thing on my YouTube channel often, so please take a look.
