Activision Was Purchased by Microsoft

I have often stated that I think Microsoft will get out of the console business now that they seem to focus on GamePass.

I tweeted about the Activision acquisition by Microsoft here:

While it is ironic that the first third-party publisher is now owned by the third place console maker, I do think that it is just a means to an end. I seriously doubt that Activision games will disappear from the PC landscape, but Sony losing out on them seems logical. Microsoft would also let Nintendo continue to have games. Who knows, now there may even be more Nintendo support by Activision?
