Now You Can Buy Valis Games Individually

VALIS: The Fantasm Soldier Collection II was released on the Nintendo Switch a few months ago. In this collection you get Valis IV (PC Engine/Turbographx 16), Syd of Valis (Mega Drive/Genesis) and Valis: The Fantasm Soldier (Mega Drive/Genesis) along with a special addition of the game that started it all for the Valis series, Valis: The Phantasm Soldier for the MSX computer system.

Previous Coverage

I covered the second Valis collection on Nintendo Switch a while ago. Out of the second collection, Valis IV and the original (Sega Genesis / Mega Drive version) were the most solid. If you want to try the Super NES version of Valis IV, it is available on Nintendo Switch Online.

My Favorites

While there were only two games on this collection that I really like, I would wait for a sale and get the entire collection instead of buying these games individually. Each game is $15 and the collection is $40. Buying two games makes up most of the price for the collection. I contend you wait for an inevitable sale.
