Retro Fighters sent me three controllers. I have reviewed the Defender (Bluetooth) edition and now I am focusing on the Brawler 64.
If you have a Brawler 64 for Nintendo Switch Online, you probably should update the firmware. Fortunately, Retro Fighters makes it very easy to do. I have a brief video explaining what to do here:
- Download the firmware “zip”
- Extract the zip
- Hold the “L3” button while connecting the controller to a PC
- While holding the “L3” button, open the software
- Click “Upgrade”
