Retro Fighters recently sent me a few controllers to review; one was the Defender Bluetooth Edition. Is it a suitable replacement for the Dual Shock 3 / SIXAXIS?

I think it is. This blog post will be a summary in comparison to my YouTube video. Let me drop that here:

To be frank, the D-Pad is really its only negative and that is a result of a lot of nitpicking. The controller already survived a drop on a hard-wood floor. I can use it in a different room, approximately 25 feet away and it is every bit as responsive as the Dual Shock 3 / SIXAXIS that it replaced. Check out the video for more.
